This is my experience about Mark Gonzales Law Office. I walked in and quickly I felt the warmth of their office from the front desk. They demonstrated the capacity and ability to help me on my accident tragedy. I was unsure if they were able to assist me since it was a little late from he date of my accident. Mark was called out to speak with me. Mark spoke with me and asked questions after this Mark said ‘We will take this case”, at that moment I new that I was in good hands. Ana Hernandes gave me clear instructions of what to do next. Ana ensured I received the right medical care. The office kept me informed and stayed on the case. The Gonzalez team worked hard on my auto accident personal injury case. I got well compensated due to their professional representation. I am by no means unique, I called around like anyone else would, talked to people advertised on the radio etc "beard of Justice" garbage.. Those people are crooks and any normal person should sense that right away. I didn't get that feeling here. You go in and it's like a family operation and they treat you right. Marc sat with me and explained the process thuroughly and even gave me an expected outcome. It's a process so you gotta be patient, I wasn't all the time, but in the end they handled my case like pros. If you're shopping around, trust your case to them. 5 stars because they do a good job within their capacity. Given that I was hit by a large diesel and it should've been a pretty large case... I should have gone to a bigger firm, however, Gonzales law did well in representing me and ensuring that I received a meaningful settlement. They keep in constant contact and communicate very well. I did not have many questions, as they would thoroughly explain every step, to make sure I understood where we were, in the case. The case took about 3.5 years to settle, which is long in my opinion, but they displayed great professionalism from the moment I walked into their office. ~ Svenniko G
